➡️ 3-ingredient vegan yogurt in the Instant Pot

Today I'd like to share with you a recipe that's been #1 on Vegan Runner Eats for almost a year: my easy 3-ingredient Instant Pot yogurt.

(Honestly, if I didn't have an Instant Pot, I'd get one just for this recipe.)

I first posted this yogurt recipe as a video on my YouTube channel, and it immediately became the most popular video I've made so far, with 138K+ views to date.

Then a few months later, I finally posted this recipe on my blog. Within weeks, it rose to #1 among all of my recipe posts.

Here's why so many people love this yogurt:

➡️ It's made from just 3 easy to find ingredients (no soy or coconut!)

➡️ It has real gut-friendly active yogurt cultures;

➡️ It's made without the dreaded nut milk bag - way less messy with the same great results!

Since the video for this recipe has been so popular on YouTube, I got more than enough feedback from thousands of people who've watched it.

As a result, I used all that feedback in my blog post to answer every question that people kept asking on YouTube. Including what to do if you don't have an Instant Pot.

(Yes, this is one of those times when the "Frequently Asked Questions" section actually contains frequently asked questions 😄)

A few reviews from people who've made this yogurt:

Anna says on the blog:

"This yogurt recipe is amazing!! I make it once a week and eat it in my breakfast every morning! Turns out great every time!!!"

Jerome - also on the blog:

"This recipe is amazing! I like my yogurt thicker, more like a Greek yogurt, and this recipe does that without my having to strain it at the end! Thanks for sharing."

@douglasrobert796 says on YouTube:

"Made this last night and it turned out fantastic. Followed your directions as closely as possible and I’m thrilled with the outcome! It’s thick, creamy and smooth."

Anyway, here we go - check out this recipe on the blog here:

And, of course, if you'd rather watch me make this yogurt in a video instead of reading the blog post, check out the video for this recipe on YouTube.

If you try this recipe, please let me know how it comes out! Leave a star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review on the blog, tag me on Instagram @vegan_runner_eats (I'll share your post in my stories!), or hit reply to this email.

Have a great Tuesday!

Best,
