Happy Tuesday!
I'm sure you know that Easter is right around the corner. Even if you don't celebrate it, or aren't into religious holidays, you've probably seen those adorable bunny and baby chick-shaped cookies in grocery stores and on social media.
The best part? You don't have to be into Easter to enjoy those!
Of course, most of the time Easter cookies at grocery stores or even in fancy bakeries aren't vegan.
Thankfully, I have a perfect vegan Easter cookie recipe on the blog that will help you make cookies that are even prettier than the store-bought ones - and 100% more delicious! 🤩
What I love about these Easter cookies:
➡️ They're made from simple, easy to find vegan ingredients;
➡️ They're easy enough to make even if you aren't an experienced baker;
➡️ They hold their shape well without spreading in the oven, so they'll look exactly like the cookie cutter shape you used.
Better yet, if you're intimidated by the process of decorating these cookies, you can easily skip it - they taste delicious even without the icing.
Or, you can also make (and eat) these cookies year round - just use your favorite cutout cookie shapes, and make them whenever you feel like it!
Anyway, check it out this recipe here:
If you try this recipe, please let me know how it comes out! Leave a star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review on the blog, tag me on Instagram @vegan_runner_eats (I'll share your post in my stories!), or hit reply to this email. |
Have a great week!
