๐Ÿ˜‹ Decadent (and EASY!) chocolate brownies

Since Valentine's Day is tomorrow, I'd like to share with you my recipe for ultra fudgy vegan aquafaba brownies that are out-of-this-world good ๐Ÿ˜‹

This recipe is a result of meticulous testing that took me at least a couple years.

I tried countless baking tricks, ingredient combinations, baking methods, cookware options, etc. - all in search for that perfectly rich, decadent chocolatey flavor and fudgy texture.

(There was even a technique called "rapping" - I'm talking about in in the blog post.)

One thing I didn't want to use was the double boiler that a lot of other brownie recipes call for. I mean, there's nothing wrong with using it, but it's kind of a hassle. So, if you can make delicious brownies without it, why wouldn't you?

As a result of all my experiments, now you can enjoy a tried-and-true vegan brownie recipe that's actually easy to make! ๐Ÿ˜‹

Not a big fan of chocolate? I'm sure you have people in your life who are. They'll be thrilled if you make a batch of these brownies for them!

What I'm Loving Right Now ๐Ÿคฉ

I haven't done this section in a while, so here's something I've been loving lately:

โžก๏ธ This under-desk walking treadmill* that my husband got me for Christmas. Even though I work out regularly, I still spend a lot of time sitting at my desk every day. And since sitting has been called "the new smoking", I've been looking for a way to get more active while still getting my work done.

This treadmill only goes up to about 4 miles an hour, which is just right for a leisurely (or a brisk) walk that doesn't distract me from my work tasks. If that's too easy, I can also change the incline up to 9 percent to "feel the burn" even quicker.

When I'm not using this treadmill, I pick it up and wheel it away (it has little wheels at the front) to lean against the wall.

My husband tried it when he worked from home for a few days last month, and he loved it so much that he asked me to give him one for his birthday ๐Ÿ˜„

If you work from home like myself, or have an office that allows standing desks (mine is similar to this one*), I highly recommend looking into walking treadmills.

If you don't sit at the desk but still want to add more movement to your days (say, for walking in your living room while watching TV), I would suggest using a version of this treadmill that has a handlebar*. Having something to hold on to is great if you want to avoid accidentally falling off when you get distracted.

Anyway, have a lovely Thursday!
