๐Ÿˆ Easy Superbowl snack

Happy Superbowl weekend!

Are you thinking, "Whatever, I don't watch football"? Guess what - I don't either ๐Ÿ˜„ In fact, I had to Google who's playing this year (Kansas City Chiefs vs Philadelphia Eagles) and where it's going to be (New Orleans) just to stay in the know.

I was also curious to see the price of tickets for watching the game live at the stadium. Turns out, people are re-selling them on Ticketmaster for $4,000 and up ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Thankfully, if you care about the Super Bowl, you donโ€™t have to spend that much - just go to a Superbowl party! You'll probably have even more fun watching the game with with friends and family.

If you're looking for fun vegan snack ideas to bring to a Superbowl party, let me suggest my easy 4-ingredient buffalo cauliflower bites.โ€‹

(Or wings if you keep the cauliflower pieces bigger.)

What I love about this recipe:

  • It's super flavorful, but doesn't take a lot of effort or time to make;
  • It calls for just 4 simple gluten free ingredients, and can be made oil-free if you want;
  • It's always a crowd pleaser, even with omnivores!

These buffalo cauliflower bites are great on their own, especially when served with my easy 5-minute ranch dressing. Or, you can use them as an ingredient in tacos, burritos, grain bowls, etc.

P.S. Full disclosure: I do have ads on my site. If you'd rather see my recipes without ads, check out my vegan recipe & meal planning app, Veg Easy.

It doesn't have ads, but has my best recipes, including ones I've never published on the blog before.

As for other features (easy-to-use meal planning tool, grocery list generator, recipe importer to add your own favorite recipes, etc.), I've designed them for a single purpose: to make meal planning easy and simple even for those of us who think meal planning would never work for them.

If you've tried meal planning before but found it confusing, or if you have special dietary needs, or if you have non-vegan family members - give Veg Easy a try, especially since I'm offering a 7-day free trial ๐Ÿ˜Š

Find Veg Easy in the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android devices).
