How do you feel about kale?

Few people actually love kale. Instead, most of us either dislike or feel "meh" about it.

The reason? Not everyone has a recipe up their sleeve that turns kale from tasting like grass to totally delicious.

This is why I'd like to share with you my recipe for easy balsamic kale and onions that's been really popular on my blog lately.

If you've been looking for healthy veggie side dishes to spruce up your diet this spring, this recipe definitely hits the spot.

The cooking method I use here gives kale a complex, sophisticated flavor and tender texture - and yet it's super easy!
